We suggest that you consult our Ring Size Guide and make sure that you are purchasing the correct size.
To request an exchange of your jewelry, please contact us via email at quebrajewellery@gmail.com within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your jewelry. According to the Consumer Protection Code, the piece must be returned in its original packaging, with the certificate of authenticity, with no signs of use or damage. The piece must be returned to our studio within 48 hours after starting the exchange or return process.
The company reserves the right not to exchange the piece if it or its packaging is not in proper condition. The costs of shipping the piece for exchange and reshipping the new piece will be the customer's responsibility.
It is important to note that personalized jewelry is not eligible for exchange.
